We reserve the right to refuse services for any reasons.

Prices and policies are subject to change at any time.

Photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, and after client’s enhancement procedure and may be used for, but is not limited to: marketing, promotional, and/or educational purposes by ARCH TO END PERMANENT COSMETICS only. Purposes may include, but is not limited to, posting onto social media accounts (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Yelp, YouTube, etc.) and ARCH TO END PERMANENT COSMETICS website. Any pictures sent to us from clients may also be used for these purposes.  


CLINICAL OUTCOME OF PROCEDURE


The result of the service is determined, in part, by the nature and pathology of skin type, which may include any of the following, but is not limited to:

  • age and ethnic background

  • skin characteristics: dryness, oiliness, thin skin, thick skin, sun damaged skin, color, previous chemically damaged, etc

  • previous micro-bladed, tattooed, or any other permanent cosmetic/make up services

  • previous laser and/or saline removal or lightening services

  • natural skin undertones mixed with pigment colors

  • personal pH balance of skin

  • previous usage and history of tanning booths, mud masks, exfoliants, fruit acids, AHA’s, Retin A use

  • typical alcohol intake, smoking, sun exposure, and improper skin care

  • following specified PRE-CARE and AFTER-CARE instructions

  • any current medical conditions and/or any current medications being taken

In some cases, these factors and those unlisted can and/or will interfere with the acceptance and fading of color pigments used in service.

Depending on area of service, multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results. We highly recommend the “first touch up” to lengthen the longevity of the results. Annual maintenance is recommended on an AS NEEDED basis to protect skin integrity.

DEPOSIT POLICY

All appointment deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE POLICY

There is a strict (15) fifteen minute LATE policy. Any clients who show up past their set appointment time by 15 minutes or more is considered a NO SHOW and FORFEITS their deposit. Arrival time and completion of digital consent forms must be completed within the 15 minute grace period.

Please schedule your appointments accordingly and make plans to arrive in a timely manner, including accounting for traffic/commute time.

Anything past 15 minutes will be considered a NO SHOW. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Being late affects the time and quality spent on you and clients after you. Please be respectful and considerate to everyone’s time.


RESCHEDULING POLICY

There is a strict (24) hour RESCHEDULING POLICY. Any requests made less than 24 hours will FORFEIT their deposit.

Rescheduled appointments are based on availability. Priority will not be given.

Reschedules can only be allowed ONCE. Any additional reschedule requests will have a $50 transfer fee each time.


NO SHOW POLICY

A client that chooses to NO SHOW their appointment date/time will automatically FORFEIT their deposit.

Any cancellations or requests to reschedule under 24 hours is considered a NO SHOW.

NO GUESTS / NO CHILDREN POLICY

All guests must wait outside of establishment. No children are allowed inside the premises - no exceptions. Clients who show up with children with no planned childcare will be turned away and FORFEIT their deposit.

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clients are responsible to follow proper pre-care instructions which are written on each service information page, confirmation email, and in each of the reminder emails. Clients who show up with indication of poor pre-care that can affect the results will be sent home and will FORFEIT their deposit.


PREVIOUS TATTOO WORK BY ANOTHER ARTIST/STUDIO

Clients must book the corresponding CORRECTION/COVER UP service if they have any previous tattoo by any other artist/studio - regardless of how faded, how long ago, etc.
